WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not happy with your products, you can return it within 10 days of arrival for an exchange to any product

We only ask that the item meet the following requirements:

1) The item/s must be returned within 7 days of arrival.

2) The item/s must be in original condition, which means:

3) Unworn, unwashed, with all tags in place;

4) Must be free of any odor and/or stains.

1) Your 5-digit order number which can be found in your order confirmation email.

FAQ

1) Do you provide return shipping labels?

We do not provide return shipping labels and you are liable for the shipping back to Sunshine State Swimwear.

We highly recommend using a traceable postal service to return your goods, as we are not liable for the loss of your item being returned.

 

2) How long does a return process take?

As soon as we receive your return request a customer service representative will process your request within 72 business hours. If approved, we will send you the return address and then you can ship back the item(s). As soon as we receive your package, we will ship out the exchange within 24 business hours. Normally the process takes 4-10 days
